Level 3 · MCCC
Mastery isn't more technique. It's less — done perfectly.
Mastery in Co-Creative Coaching Conversations (MCCC) — an ICF-accredited Level 3 program toward the MCC credential. A ~300-hour journey across mastery, advanced application, and deep inner work. This is Ri: where you transcend the form and every conversation becomes a chance for a breakthrough.

Why learn this with us
Why learn this with Brave Your Story.
An original, published model
Confluence, Resonance and LEAD are research-informed architectures you can use for a career — not a generic ICF checklist.
Taught by an MCC and ICF assessor
Jedi assesses PCC and MCC candidates for the ICF. You learn the standard from someone who applies it, and who builds coaches from Level 1 to mastery.
More than the minimum
Practice deliberately, with written feedback on every observed session. Readiness you can demonstrate, not just describe.
Cross-cultural by design
Working across cultures, languages and generations is core curriculum here — not a footnote.
A community, not a course
One philosophy — we become better coaches for one another — and an active alumni community of practice.
And, distinctively:
A customised, modular path — Core, Applicative and Deep Inner Work — so you design your own route to mastery, taught by an MCC and ICF assessor.
Who it's for
For coaches at the summit.
ACC and PCC credentialed coaches ready to advance to the pinnacle of coaching mastery.
Leaders and executives who want to integrate advanced coaching into how they lead, support and inspire their teams.
Also open to those pursuing mastery of conversation for its own sake, not only the ICF credential.
