By Jedidiah Alex Koh · Revised [date]
Every book is published under Brave Your Story, the imprint of my coach education house in Singapore, and each one belongs to one of the three lines of the work. Titles marked with a page have their own page with an excerpt, the ISBN, the framework they teach and the programme that uses them as a set text. The others are here with where to buy them. Bulk orders for organizations and programme copies are handled through the Programmes section.
The leader's conversation
LEAD with Clarity: The Architecture of Conversational Mastery
2026, paperback
The reference volume for the LEAD Coaching Model — thirty-four chapters on the architecture, the phases, and the developing coach. Written as the shelf reference the other four volumes assume you've read.
Best for: coaches building the model from first principles.
LEAD Where You Stand: The Coaching Conversation Playbook for the Leader You Are Becoming
2026, hardcover and paperback
The accessible entry point to LEAD, for first-time managers and leaders who coach through conversation. Fewer chapters, more scripts — built to be picked up the night before a hard conversation.
Best for: new managers coaching without a coaching title.
LEAD in Command: Coaching Conversations for Military Leaders Who Shape What Comes Next
2026, hardcover and paperback
LEAD for command environments, including the compressed cycle for the corridor conversation — when there's no time for the full arc and the exchange has to land in ninety seconds.
Best for: command and time-pressured operational settings.
LEAD Together: Coaching the Team as a Living System
2026, hardcover and paperback
LEAD applied to teams, with the Craft Arc of the developing practitioner — tracing how a coach's own skill compounds as the team they're coaching matures alongside them.
Best for: leaders coaching a team, not just individuals.
LEAD Across Systems: Leading Across Complexity, Boundaries, and Interdependence
2026, hardcover and paperback
LEAD at the scale of systems — across functions, organizations, and the boundaries between them, where no single leader owns the outcome but everyone owns a piece of the conversation.
Best for: leaders coaching across teams they don't formally own.
