Jedi is the creator and founder of Brave Your Story (BYS), the complete system transformation process for leaders, teams, and individuals to create greater alignment and congruence between who they are and what they do. Over the last 15 years, he has coached individuals to discover their unique voice within and live out their values. Partnering with each person's learning style and tailoring his approach to their needs and outcomes, Jedi's clients have experienced tangible transformation and growth across their personal, private, and professional domains.
Jedi specializes in enabling individuals to discover their voice within and live life boldly and unabashedly for who they are. He believes that every individual has a story worth telling and that the narrative they tell themselves can either lift them up or weigh them down. Jedi is a thought-leader on transformative change and is featured on Forbes Coaches Council, where he shares his expert views on organizational change and learning, team leadership development, the future of work, and performance coaching. He frequently writes articles for Forbes to share his insights on leadership and coaching. His passion is in elevating the skillsets and competency of coaching globally.
Jedi is internationally recognized as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is the Director of Education of an ICF Education Training Provider, a mentor coach, and a coach supervisor, helping to develop the next generation of professional coaches. Jedi was invited to speak at the ICF imagine conference (Oct 25-27, 2022) on the topic of elevating the learning experience through co-creative learning strategies for multi-generational learners. He was also the chairperson for the ICF Emerging Professionals Advisory Council (EPAC) for 2022/23, where he led a global team to study and provide recommendations for engaging Gen Y and Z to the ICF Professional Coaches Board of Directors.
Jedi has a Masters of Leadership in Organizational Learning from Monash University. He is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. He is a certified Trainer for ICP-Leading with Agility and an NLP trainer certified by the International Trainers Academy of NLP. With a range of other facilitative tools and agile certifications, he helps organizations develop curriculum based on their learning needs, curate learning courseware, and provide training and assessment for their teams.
Jedi was awarded the Outstanding Leadership Award at the Education 2.0 Conference in Dubai in 2022. He was recognized as one of the top 10 Global Leadership Coaches by Influencive in 2021, awarded the top 100 Global Leaders in Education by GFEL in 2021, and was the recipient of the top 101 Global Coaching Leaders Award by World HRD Congress in 2020. He has been the leading voice of Asian Leadership and Coaching, sharing the cultural language and philosophy of learning and communication with the rest of the world.
Today, Jedi is unwavering in his commitment to coach individuals in courageously embracing their narratives. He pioneers innovative techniques, devises impactful tools, and formulates effective strategies to empower not only individuals but also organizations, teams, and leaders.
